Let’s start by resetting the printer and restarting the router
(1) Turn on the printer if not already turned on.
(2) Wait until the device stops working before proceeding.
(3) With the printer on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the outlet.
NOTE. HP recommends plugging the printer power cord directly into a power outlet.
(7) Connect the power cord to the back of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer if it does not turn on automatically.
The printer may warm up. Printer lights may blink and the carriage may move.
Wait until the warm-up period ends and the device is idle before proceeding.
